Where We Can Ship To
InkPro currently ships to New Zealand, Australia and most other countries. If you are unable to place an order from your country, please contact our team for assistance.

Where We Ship From
All orders are shipped from Auckland, New Zealand.
Shipping Costs
We offer worldwide shipping from our fulfilment warehouses in New Zealand and Australia. Shipping costs are automatically calculated at checkout based on your location and order value.
Delivery Zones and Rates
🇳🇿 New Zealand (Warehouse NZ)
- Standard Shipping: $6.50 NZD for orders below $100 NZD
- Free Shipping: on orders $100 NZD and above
- Estimated Delivery Time: 3 – 5 business days
- Rural Deliveries: may take 3 – 8 business days
🇦🇺 Australia (Warehouse AU)
- Standard Shipping: $20 AUD for orders below $300 AUD
- Free Shipping: on orders $300 AUD and above
- Estimated Delivery Time: 5 – 10 business days
🌐 International (Other Countries)
- Standard Shipping: $20 USD for orders below $300 USD
- Free Shipping: on orders $300 USD and above
- Estimated Delivery Time: 7 – 15 business days
Oversized or Bulk Items
For large or heavy orders, additional freight charges may apply depending on the destination. These will be displayed at checkout before payment.
Excluded or Special Delivery Areas
Delivery to remote or island regions (including Chatham Islands, Stewart Island, Kawau Island, Waiheke Island, Matakana Island, Great Barrier Island and D’Urville Island) may incur extra costs or longer delivery times.
Estimated Delivery Dates
The expected delivery timeframe will be shown during checkout after you enter your address.
Shipping to Business Addresses
For deliveries to business addresses, please ensure the address is accurate and includes any specific details such as business name, floor number or suite number. Shipping times and costs are the same as residential deliveries unless otherwise specified.
Please note that for business addresses, we may request a signature upon delivery, depending on the delivery service selected.
International Shipping
We can ship internationally. If you require delivery to countries outside New Zealand and Australia, please reach out to us for a custom shipping quote before proceeding with payment. Our Australian store will be available soon for your convenience.
Delivery Partners
We use a variety of trusted delivery partners to ensure timely shipping. All deliveries are made to valid addresses only.
Signature Requirement
Standard deliveries are sent without requiring a signature. If you would like a signature upon delivery, please add a note in the comments area and select the ‘Signature Required’ option during checkout at no extra cost.
Track My Order
How do I track my delivery?
Once your order is dispatched, you will receive an email with a tracking link.
If you signed in during checkout, you can also track your order by logging into your My Account section, selecting the ‘Orders’ heading and clicking on your order to view the tracking link.
Why does my tracking say delivered?
If the tracking status shows “delivered”, it means our delivery partner has confirmed successful delivery. If you believe this is incorrect, please contact us at inkprosupply@gmail.com and we will assist you further.
